steam a package of frozen cauliflower. If you do in on the stove it comes out creamier, than steaming with the steam bags.
When finished steaming, add butter & S&P to your tasting. It’s a “healthier” version of mashed potatoes. I’ve fooled many men at work with this.
Also to make as a casserole, steam several bags, butter, S&P and add chopped green onions and cheese, lots of cheese. Stir and top with more shredded cheese & grated parm cheese. Bake 350 until cheese is toasty!
