Ocean Beach Park Penguin Plunge
The water was chilly, but that didn’t stop these brave souls from diving into the waters at Ocean Beach Park, New London, Conn. Money raised from the annual Penguin Plunge goes on to benefit the Special Olympics of Connecticut.
