Menemsha, designed by Yankee Barn Homes Creative Director, Jeffrey Rosen, is meant to evoke the older cottages dotting the Northeastern coast.

A custom, partial post and beam design from Grantham, New Hampshire-based Yankee Barn Homes, the 3,110-square foot Menemsha was inspired by the coastal cottages of Martha’s Vineyard, so it looks like a New England property, even if it was built in New York. I’ve shared some of my favorite scenes from the property below, but there’s even more of Menemsha to discover here. Happy coastal dreaming!
