  1. Beautiful design, work and photographs. Nothing but the best from this talented group of people. We’re delighted to see Polhemus Savery DaSilva and associates get the recognition they deserve. D. Jeanloz – Chatham

  2. Hi,

These houses are to big for the cape. The cape should restrict all homes to 1500 sq feet.

  3. Too big for the Cape? Restrict homes to 1500 sq ft?…that is a bizarre and ignorant comment.

Polhemus Savery DaSilva and Associates do terrific work on a scale appropriate to the lot and surrounding neighborhood. Their work employs dozens of craftmen and elevates the values of everyone’s property in the communities they work. Keep up the great work!

  4. Beautiful houses, wonderful sites!! I guess jealousy wants to restrict sizes; my feeling is , if you can afford it , do it!! and enjoy!!! Love the Cape, and its houses. GMW
