Vermont is my favorite New England state. I have many happy memories of its challenging ski slopes, charming towns, and the great places for Vermont cheese. New England is special, especially at Christmas.
I live in Alabama, but love Vermont. Was fortunate to visit when there was 24 inches of snow one October. Wow, fall color and snow. What a combination.
My husband and I recently visited Manchester Vermont. We stayed at the Equinox hotel, and then got to go to Hildene. It was a wonderful trip enjoyed seeing everything there.
Mount TOM is in MA, is there one in VT?
Turns out there is a Mt Tom in Vermont, New Hampshire (Crawford notch), and a Mt Tom State park in Litchfield CT.
