In 2015, frequent contributors to Yankee Magazine, photography duo Little Outdoor Giants (Jarrod McCabe & Dominic Casserly) embarked on an epic White Mountains adventure in New Hampshire. Their goal? To capture the sights of the 125 year-old Appalachian Mountain Club “high huts” system, which includes a network of strenuous trails and huts connecting hikers from one stop to the next. Please enjoy this selection of some of our favorite trail and high huts bonus shots, beautifully captured by our favorite pair of intrepid photographers. See the full feature, “The Hike of a Lifetime,” in our July/August 2016 issue.
