Despite a judge’s requirement that Rockport designate a surfing area at Long Beach, on July 5, 2014 the Long Beach lifeguards have prohibited visitors from surfing on the entire length of Long Beach.
This is the second time that I have seen this happen.
I will not visit Rockport again and actively discourage others from visiting as well.
