Sun Outdoors Wells Beach
Enjoy the comforts of home — and more — at this campground in Wells, which includes high-speed wireless Internet and a fitness center and laundry room among its amenities. There’s also on-site mini golf, a playground, and scheduled family activities, making it a great destination for the whole family. Guests can also enjoy evening campfires, weekend movie nights, and easy access to nearby beaches and attractions.
Moody Beach RV Campground
Moody Beach, also in Wells, offers the serenity and quiet of the Maine woods while remaining just a stone’s throw from the beaches of Ogunquit. Camping options range from simple tent sites to full-hookup, pull-through RV spots, all located around a central recreation area with a pool, volleyball nets, and more. Not the tent-loving type? Moody Beach recently opened some rental cabins, too.

Pinederosa Camping Area
This pet-friendly campground in Wells has been offering visitors a respite from the sometimes-hectic beach scene since 1976. A country store, an in-ground pool, and picnic tables at each campsite make this Ogunquit camping spot feel just like home, whether you prefer a tent with water and electricity or a simpler tent site. When you’re ready to venture into town, just make the short drive to the many beaches, restaurants, and attractions Ogunquit has to offer.
Dixon’s Coastal Maine Campground
Camp in a tent, yurt, or RV in Cape Neddick, only two miles south of Ogunquit. Camping options here are as varied as they are serene, ranging from fully furnished yurts (complete with utilities) for nightly or weekly rentals to bare-bones, back-to-nature tent sites. Plus, there’s a heated outdoor pool and a playground for the youngsters.

Sea-Vu Campground
The name doesn’t disappoint: Sea-Vu’s tent and RV sites overlooking the Atlantic Ocean have been an Ogunquit camping favorite since 1972. The campground is located in Wells, with a short driving distance to all of Maine’s south coast adventures.
Beach Acres Tent Sites and Park
This campground in Wells boasts an impressive location less than a mile from the beach. Bring your camper or set up a tent at these shady sites, which come complete with picnic tables and fire pits. An on-site laundromat and updated bathrooms add to the convenience factor.
Cape Neddick Oceanside Campground
Adjacent to the Cape Neddick Lobster Pound, this peaceful campground in Cape Neddick has tent sites available right near the water. As with most coastal campgrounds, the sites can fill up fast — so be sure to book in advance.
