Although many places offer stuffed lobster, we were bowled over by Legal’s generous scallop-and-shrimp take on it (no crumbs). Add in those big chunks of lobster, and you’ve got a seafood meal supreme.
The BEST baked stuffed lobster is from The Bookstore and Restaurant in Wellfleet, MA. It has a buttery cracker stuffing that has more crab and lobster meat than crumbs. They top the stuffing with lots of scallops that melt in your mouth. The restaurant has a second floor deck that is my favorite place to watch the sun set over the bay. Everything on the menu is excellent and tasty! Even my husband, a true carnivore, loves the seafood from this restaurant. Start off with a tasty bowl of seafood chowder. My mouth is watering just thinking about this place!
