This is the recipe I grew up on… excellent!!!!
Easy to follow recipe and it was delicious! Thank you, Bonnie.
In fact, this is so very close to the recipe that I have used for many years. It is always requested by my friends at Game Day! Delish!
I wanted a good tasting basic recipe and this was it! It had a lot of flavor without a lot of spices. I will definitely make it again.
Just for our taste I add chopped pan fried mushrooms to this recipe.
This is the recipe I have fed my family for more than 40 years but without the ketchup/Worcestershire topping.
