When this creamy asparagus quiche made its way to an editorial meeting here at the Yankee offices, we declared it the best quiche ever! The custard is smooth and creamy, and the asparagus, baby portabella mushrooms, and thinly sliced shallots, along with a generous handful of Swiss cheese, pack in plenty of flavor.
