1 banana
1/2 c. frozen fruit (berries such as blackberries or blueberries, cherries or plums )
1/4 to 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 small apple
1 carrot
Nuts
Malt
juice
Add items in order into blender,
fill with cranberry juice (I use the “100% ” juice kind) until fruit is covered then blend. I then put about 2 T. of ground flaxseed in each cup and stir in the smoothie.
