At the Big E, New England’s largest agricultural fair, the fair food offerings are a major draw. Choosing what to order (since you can’t physically eat it all — can you?) is hard. Should it be the classics like cotton candy, corn dogs, and fried dough? Greasy modern marvels like the deep fried whoopie pie or loaded potato chip nachos? The famous Big E cream puffs and eclairs? Maybe a few New England favorites like a lobster rolls, plate of clam cakes, or blueberry pie? Decisions, decisions…
