3-4 ripe avocadoes (they must be ripe)
3-4 tomatoes diced
1 red onion, minced
1 bunch cilantro, finely diced
1 can of chick peas, rinsed
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans, rinsed
1 jalape
Dice tomatoes. Put in a large bowl with minced onion, chick peas, beans, corn, and jalapeno. Salt, pepper, and juice the lime into the bowl. Stir gently to mix. Dice avocado and gently fold into mixture.
