Warm Arugula with Onion and Tomato

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons vinegar

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

Cut or tear arugula into pieces. Combine vinegar, brown sugar and salt in a skillet and bring to a boil about 1 minute. Add onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes cut in half. Saut
