Ingredients

For the Crust:
1/2 c. Chopped pecans
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1 c. Unbleached all-purpose flour

For the Filling:
1st Layer:
1 c. Frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed according to

1 c. Confectioners’ ‘s sugar

2nd Layer:
1 (5.9-oz.) pkg. Instant chocolate pudding mix
2/3 c. 2% or whole milk*

For the Topping:

Choice:
Sliced bananas
Drained crushed pineapple
