Vegetable-Cheese-Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 red pepper
50 g Feta-cheese (0.1 lbs)
500 mg mixed ground beef (1.1 lbs)
200 g sour cream (0.4 lbs)
1 T mustard
150 g shredded cheese (0.3 lbs)
salt, pepper
1 T dried oregano
1/2 T dried paprika
1/2 T granular vegetable broth
Instructions
Dice onion and garlic. Prepare pepper by dicing and dice Feta cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put ground beef into a bowl, Add sour cream, mustard, pepper, onion, garlic and shredded cheese. Mix with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and vegetable broth. Mix well. Grease backing dish with oil Put ground beef into the middle, top with Feta cheese and then form into a loaf with wet hands. Cover with tin foil and bake for one hour. The last 15 minutes remove tin foil. Then let rest for 10 minutes in turned-off oven. Fix with green salad, potatoes and sauce.
