From Campbell’s Cooking with Soup
1/4 c chopped green pepper
2 T chopped onion
2 T butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 ozs) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
2 c cooked noodles (1 1/3 c uncooked)
1 c diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
1/2 t paprika
cheese
parsley
Cook green pepper, parsley and onion in butter until tender. In 1-quart casserole, blend soup and sour cream; stir in remaining ingredients. Top with cheese. Bake in a 350 degr. oven for 30 minutes.
