1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter/ melted & divided
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
(not evaporated)
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Additional walnuts or pecans, if desired
preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch
baking pan.
