2 cup grated zucchini w/ skin on
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cups nuts (optional) or raisins
