It makes a delicious and easy ham glaze.
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup French’s
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Use glaze to baste on ham or turkey during last 30 minutes of baking.
Tips: You may substitute peach or apricot jam, chutney or duck sauce for the marmalade.
This glaze is great for roast chicken and barbecued ribs, too.
