Tacos al Carb

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 medium)

1 1/2 cups onion, thinly sliced (about 1 medium)

One (1 pound) flank steak, trimmed and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

3/4 teaspoon salt

8 garlic cloves, minced

8 (6-inch) corn tortillas

3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

6 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
