Szechuan Stir Fry

3 oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked bow tie pasta
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 2×4-inch strips
1 (1 lb. 5-oz.) pkg. Green Giant


1 . Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
2 . Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Add frozen vegetables and sauce from packet; set peanuts in packet aside.
Cover; cook 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
3 . Stir in pasta. Cook, uncovered, until mixture comes to a boil and
vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with peanuts from packet.
4 (1 3/4-cup) servings
