Sweet “N” Sour Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce-15 oz.
1 samll onion, chopped
SAUCE
2 Tblsp. brown sugar
2 Tblsp. vinegar
1/2 cup white suger
2 Tsp prepared mustard
The other 1/2 can of tomato sauce

Instructions

Mix ground beef, crumbs, salt,pepper,onion and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Form into a loaf, wrap in foil and place in pan.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Mix the rest of the tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over meatloaf and bake 10 minutes more.
