Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing

This was given to me by a friend. My kids and friends ask me to make this all the time. I have also used this for marinating chicken breast and grilling them on the grill.

Yield

Makes about 2 cups.

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup Red Wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 small onion diced
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Combine everything in food processor except the oil. Slowly add oil, until it’s incorporated and emulsified nicely.
