Swedish White Brownies

Chewy and fragrant with almonds, these bars stir together in minutes and taste great with tea or coffee.

Yield:

16 brownies

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
sliced almonds and extra sugar, for garnish

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except the last, and pour into an 8×8-inch pan. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool in pan before cutting into bars.
