Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies
This recipe was given to me by a friend. This is an excellent way to lose weight and eat your cookies at the same time.
Yield
1 dozen
Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup Splenda
1 cup reduced fat peanut butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and roll out in cookie form. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
