1 cup strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1-1/4—1-1/2 cups cold sparkling water
Put strawberries in a blender and purée until smooth.
In a small bowl, whisk sugar into lemon juice. Add to strawberry purée and blend.
Add sparkling water and stir; pour into ice-filled glasses and serve.
