For crust:
1-1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
For filling:
8 ounces lowfat cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
Combine the crust ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 X 13-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly until no lumps remain. Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes and cool on a wire rack before transferring to the refrigerator to chill.
