Sour Cream Spritz

Yield

about 5 dozen cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar well. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream, and vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients together and gradually blend into mixture.

Fill cookie press and press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
