Sour Cream Sauce

Serve with cold asparagus or artichokes.
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons horseradish, squeezed dry
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Beat ingredients together and serve cold.
