Ingredients:
4 pounds lean beef short ribs
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup red wine
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons prepared horeradish
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
sear ribs in small amount of oil
layer all vegs and meat in slow cooker.
Add liquids around edge and cook until done
mix water and cornstarch to thicken juices
