Savory Baked Salmon

Made with “Dill to Die For Herb Dip”
from Harvest Thyme Herbs.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs of fish fillet
2 tsp Dill Dip mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp water.

Instructions

Arrange 1 1/2 lbs of fish fillet on a buttered baking dish. Mix 2 teaspoons Dill Dip mix with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons water.
Spread on fish.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky.
