Salmon glazed with honey and rosemary
Ingredients
1 cup honey
1/4 c rosemary (of fresh – less dry)
salmon filets
salt/pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Put honey into small pot and cook over medium heat until slightly thinned and just hot – about 3minutes
Add remaining ingred. Remove from heat and infuse for 15minutes
Pour honey through sieve – and let cool
