This recipe comes from my little sister.
2 pounds ground round
2 tablespoons tender quick salt (home meat cure by Morton)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 cup water
1 tablespoon mustard seed
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Roll out in 3 sticks, each about 1/2 dollar size in width.
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
