Royal Icing

2-1/2 cups
Ingredients
3 tablespoons meringue powder
1 16-ounce package confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1/3 cup warm water
Moss-green paste food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Beat meringue powder, confectioners’ sugar, and water with electric mixer at medium speed until blended. Add additional water, if needed. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form, about 7 to 10 minutes. Divide mixture in half. Stir green paste food coloring into one portion for leaves.
