3 cups tomato juice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 scallions, minced
Zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
1/8 teaspoon powdered thyme
1/2 teaspoon curry powder Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Fresh chopped chives
Whisk all ingredients together in large stainless steel or glass bowl. Chill thoroughly. Ladle into chilled individual bowls and garnish with fresh chopped chives.
