REE’s pie crust

Ingredients
3 c ap flour
1 1/2 cup shortening
beat 1 egg and add –
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Incorporate all – gently
form 3 separate dough balls
place each in ziploc bags – slightly flatten ea
freeze
Thaw – flour gently – roll out
