Quick Baked Chicken

Created in desperation, and liked by all.

4 Servings

Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat free scour cream
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375.

2.Place chicken in a 13 by 9 glass baking dish. Mix the soup, sour cream ,and garlic powder in a small bowl until well blended. Spread the mixure evenly over the chicken.

3. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
