Pumpkin Waffle

Ingredients

2 1/4 cup ap flour
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger – ground
4 large eggs seperated
4 cups milk
1 cup mashed (cooked or canned) pumpkin
1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl. Combine egg yolks, milk and pumpkin and add to flour – until just moistened.
Beat egg white until just barely stiff – fold into flour/pumpkin mixture…
