Passed on to me by a friend, this dip is easy and very popular at parties.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted
1 15-ounce canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Mix together cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar. Mix well. Add pumpkin and stir in cinnamon and ginger. Cover in an airtight container and refrigerate. Serve with ginger snaps.
