1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tbsp cocoa
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup choc chips
1 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
Mix together sugar, oil, pumpkin and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredientes together.
Add and stir together until smooth.
Stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet – 350 deg for 12-15 minutes
