Pumpkin Cake Roll

Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup flour

Frosting:
2 tbsp butter
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup nuts – crushed

Instructions

well coated jelly pan
375 degree
15-20 minutes

clean dish towel – roll up – cool

mix – frost – roll and refrigerate
serve or freeze
