Presidential Corned Beef Hash

This recipe was used at the White House during Herbert Hoover’s term.
Yield
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
2 cups minced corned beef (no fat)
4 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
1/2 cup hot cream
2 rounded tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix thoroughly and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F in a greased pan until rich golden brown.
