Pork Chops in Country Gravy

Can you believe it everyone in the house like this one. Serving size is on pork chop, 1/4 cup gravy, and 2/3 cup mashed potatoes.

4 servings

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
1/4 tsp season salt
1 1/3 cup fat free milk
3 tbs flour
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1.Heat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray over med-high heat. Sprinkle seasoning salt over both saide of the pork chops. Add pork to the pan and cook on both sides for 5 minutes. Remove pork from pan and sit a side.

2. Combine remaining ingredients in pan stiring with a wisk, until well blended. REturn the pork to the pan. Cover pan, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 8 minutes.
