1 package of yeast
1 cup warm water
1 t sugar
1 t or less of salt
2 T of veg oil
2 1/2 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in rest of ingredients, beat vigorously 20 strokes, let rest about 5 minutes. Oven at 425 and cook for 20 minutes or how ever long it will take. We roll it out and depending on what we want to put on it we do, like tonight we did stuffed crust so we placed cheese around the edges and folded the crust over it. it was delicious!
Add pizza sauce, cheese, Canadian bacon, salami, ham, olives, mushrooms, onions, sausage, etc.
