Pina’ Colada Cake

If you like tropical flavors,this cake is incredible!

Ingredients

Cake:
1 yellow cake mix (baked)
1 can Cream of Coconut
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 can Crushed (drained)Pineapple
1 container Cool Whip
Extra Coconut

Topping:
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
1/2 Oleo
1 can Crushed (undrained) Pineapple

Instructions

Poke holes in cake while hot.(the handle end of a wooden spoon does great) Pour Cream of Coconut, Eagle Brand Milk, drained Pineapple and Cool Whip over hot cake. Top with Coconut.

For topping: mix Sugar, Flour, Oleo and Pineapple in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until slightly thick. Stir in Nuts and Coconut. Spread on hot cake. Chill.
