Picasso Pancakes

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tbsp melted butter
pinch salt

powdered sugar,
fresh lemon and butter

Instructions

Mix until smooth – heat skillet
pour in 1/4 cup batter – tilt to cover bottom
Turn over when lightly brown
2-3 minutes

Roll up and sprinkle with lemon and sugar
