Peter Cook’s Pork Sauce
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.




Do you use this as a sauce after cooked or do you put it on the pork and cook it that way?
Hi Janice. Unfortunately, I’m having a hard time tracking down the article this recipe ran with, so I can’t be sure how the sauce was intended to be used.
