I have made pepperoni bread as a chop-chop bread, but using similar ingredients.
PEPPERONI BREAD
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg, beaten
4 oz. Sliced pepperoni sausage
1 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375
